Nissan Rogue Sport - 5 Things Buyers Need to Know posted an article titled "2017 Nissan Rogue Sport: 5 Things Buyers Need To Know"

They cover pricing, deals going on, features and trim packages, differences between the Rogue and Rogue Sport, and Driving expectations.

Pretty good for a quick read to get you up to speed on what you can get with the Rogue Sport and how much the starting prices are.

You can actually lease a Rogue Sport for as low as $169/month for 36-months which is pretty darn cool! Of course that's a base model, but if you only plan on using this as a commuter or even a first car, you really can't go wrong at all. (obviously price is subject to change based on where you're located, packages chosen, etc. etc.)

For that price, it's essentially a steal. To get a vehicle that looks this good with the space, if you'd want to use it strictly for a commuter, for a business, this would be ideal.

only problem is that people don't seem to like the Rogue so much that other car makers with much newer products seem to be doing better, at this rate we might see Hyundai and Kia dominate this segment harder than Nissan has ever.

The 2017 Nissan Rogue is doing very well in sales, but I'm not sure about the Sport model. Perhaps people simply look at the power outputs and decide to go with the other model instead of the Sport which has 141 hp and 147 lb-ft of torque. a bit less than the Rouge's 170 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque.

It probably helps that the rogue weighs in at around 3500 LBS which is light enough, some coupes don't even weigh that much. From what I seen that weight with the power numbers we see here amount to a good power too weight ratio.
