Purchased my sport 1 yr. A go.so far so good. Have one question. I had a flat tire , had to use my donut tire. Drive train warning lite came on. Does this always happen?

Welcome to the forum and glad to hear that ownership has been relatively problem free. I do think Nissan should be providing full sized spares, especially on anything that's AWD.

Welcome! I really don't see how a spare tire could result in a drive train light, but perhaps that's just in relation to the tire pressure?
