I was wondering if anyone has an idea about the compatibility of the 2019 Rogue SPT factory headunit with the 2018? From what i have looked up all pins match up, i wonder if the can bus would be compatible?

Don't bother. Get a new head unit. I did and it is amazing. It's a 10" tablet.

Sorry - yes, I did this myself. Took about an hour start to finish. Super easy. I have now done this to 2 Rogue Sports. I love the system. Works flawlessly, improves sound quality, has full tablet functionality, even provides more info than the nissan system - such as battery voltage. You can purchase Dasaita on Amazon. They were very responsive and helped me through the first installation - even that one only took me 2 hours. If you have any reservations, just buy it and try to install it once you get it. If it doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days for a full refund (presuming you are a Prime member).
