Hello new to the forum, just posted pics of mine in the "Gallery", Have both a 2017 Rogue Sport SV and a 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium. Included pics of both. Both are very similar, but have their own pluses and minuses. The positives out weigh the negatives and I would buy either one over again.

What are the things that you don't like about the Sport?

I wish the base stereo sounded better. The C-HR has a much better sounding base stereo. Also I wish the sport mode changed the throttle response and faux shifting of the CVT. As far as I understand, the sport mode in the Sport only changes the mapping for the steering, not the the throttle. Like I said though, I would buy another. Now Im not going to say that I wish it was faster, as that is just a given. I knew what I would be in for with only the horsepower that it has when I bought the vehicle. Overall around town it is perfectly fine and I never feel down on power. Its really only the hwy that I may have to plan a little better for merging, but I have never had an issue.

Overall, I really like mine. But you are right about needing a little more power on the highway, I just got back from a trip to KC and passing and merging was annoying. Since it was crappy weather the cameras would all get dirty from the road sludge/sleet and had to be wiped down at every gas fill up. I wish the radar was a little easier to clean while moving, the wipers just didnt seem to do the job. The radar would stop functioning and no amout of spraying and wipers would fix it, so manual cruise had to be used most of the trip home :(
The rough idle first thing when it hasnt been started for a few hours is annoying as well, I've had it stall on me a couple times since august when I bought it. The dealership said it a known flaw and they are working a fix.

My other half complained that the vehicle stalled a couple of times over the last several months. I never had it happen to me as I drive the C-HR primarily, but this is good to know that it has happened elsewhere. I want to keep my eye on this.. thank you

Hopefully neither of you have to commute frequently on freeways or areas where a stalled car could become a big issue. Some dealers are good with taking a car for a few days to replicate an issue, maybe that's an option you can weigh out?

When I first took it in, they couldn't replicate the problem, so I told them to keep it another day and I would come in the next morning and show them. The next morning I went in and showed them the problem. They said they were going to look into it. When they called me back they said they could replicate it on all their new 2017 Rogue Sports, and my account rep said that is just how they are. The next day I called and spoke to the service manager and told him the horrible excuse the account rep gave me and he said he would look into it more. He called me back later that day and said he spoke with Nissan esculation and they said they were aware of the problem but did not have a fix for it yet. He recommended reprogramming the computer, but said he was sure that wouldn't fix the problem. I find a fix to this problem sooner then later, since it has stalled on me a low speeds 3 times now since august.

So that is where I am still at, waiting for a fix.
