Some models receive complete makeovers for the next model year while others get a few tweaks, the 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport seems to belong to the latter.

The vehicle itself has not been changed, still uses the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s mated to a Xtronic CVT transmission. All 141 ponies and 147 lb-ft of torque are sent to the front wheels or all-wheel if you go for that option. What has been updated are the Rouge Sport’s optional packages and prices.

An entry-level front-drive S model starts at $22,615 and that includes a $960 destination fee. Those who opt for all-wheel drive will need to pay an additional $1,350.

This year, instead of a SV Premium Package customers will find the SV Technology Package in its place. It offers heated front seats and leather-wrapped steering wheel, fog lights, heated door mirrors, remote engine start system, Intelligent climate control and more.

Also renamed was the SL Platinum pack, which is now known as SL Premium Package and includes driver safety features like Intelligent cruise control, lane departure warning with Intelligent lane intervention, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

Those looking to purchase a 2018 Nissan Rouge Sport can find pricing details below courtesy of CarScoops.

I don't really expect Nissan to change much of anything unless they make an announcement. Currently it looks like they're just reorganizing the standard packages and that's pretty much it.

Its simply a recipe that works where all thats required from year to year updates are incremental changes. Most car makers make the mistake of changing a product too much. The Wrangler and G-Wagon are example of vehicles that have followed a proper path of development while keeping the recipe in tact.
