Nissan is showing off a new version of its 2020 Vision Gran Turismo concept at the Tokyo Motor Show. The car, in the flesh, is a physical representation of a model created solely for the Gran Turismo video game.

The model debuted at the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, but this model for Tokyo received some tweaks. The grille has been redesigned with bolder 'V' arms extending into the bodywork.

The Gran Turismo model is supposed to be a hint at what to expect from the next-generation Nissan GT-R.

Imagine if this ever made it into the real world?
The back looks like a jet and the matte red just highlights all the angles perfectly.

I have a feeling it will to some extent, we just might not see tail light which stick out as much as those do, they might taper out an inch or so. But the way it lights up is highly possible

Maybe the headlights or the hood vents. So much they can take from this design and trickle it down to a production sports car.

Headlights and how they blend in the front end is what I can see happening due to the practicality of it and judging from the current state of the automotive market.

Starting to think this is the last time we'll see a concept, doubt they'll take it down a notch, all what might be left is seeing the R36 GT-R ;)
