Well, it was June 15th when I originally posted. It is now August 18th and the issues have finally been resolved. This has been an ordeal. I had a mechanic friend check it out and he put the pressure gages on and the compressor would cycle on then cut off. So I went to car fix in Crossville Tn. They determined the compressor was bad. I made them prove it to me. They showed me where it was leaking. They said they had parts and could fix it. I was then given a loaner car and sent home. An hour later they called me back and told me they actually didn't have parts and it would be 2 weeks. Said for me to come get my car since it blew cold air when running. Ok, I went and got car and no air what so ever. Took it to my mechanic friend and had him put a new compressor on. He said car fix left all my compressor unhooked is the reason I had no air. Ok, new compressor still no cold air when idling and not much when running. My mechanic friend said he believed the fan was not working and suggested I take to the dealership because they would know how to diagnose without us doing trial and error. Ok, took it to Cookeville, Nissan. Yes, they said the fan is bad that will be 185.00. I had already been told that it would be 3 months before he could get me a part and it would cost $950.00. Well, I ate the 185.00 and took it home. I found a fan on ebay for 236.00 after tax. I put it on myself in an hour and a half. Ok, I now had the same air I was getting running at idle. The original problem solved but now the air was not very cold. After doing my research I realized it was either trash in the lines or condenser. Back to my mechanic friend( no more paying 185.00 to dealership and by the way they left the clips to my breather line when they did their digagnostics). I had him flush and replace condenser. Now I have cold air all the time. I hope this helps if someone else is having issues. Oh yeah, only 58000 miles, and I had to basically replace the entire ac system.
